How many party guests can join our party?
Our guest minimum is 8 and you are welcome to add as many as you would like. Your party will be set up inside the waterpark with 10 guests per table. Parties that exceed 12 will be extended to an additional table. If you wish to reserve additional seating, we recommend reserving a VIP Package in addition.
Can we bring outside food or beverage?
You are certainly welcome to bring a cake or other party treats as you’d like. If you need refrigeration, please chat with your party planner upon arrival. No other outside food or drink is permitted to enter the waterpark.
What time can we arrive and how long are our day passes valid?
You are welcome to come as early as you’d like and stay as late as you want. Your party table will be prepped and ready at the time selected in your reservation, please chat with your party planner if you will be staying past your reservation blocked time.
Can we change our party reservation?
Please contact your party planner the evening prior to add or remove additional party guests from your initial booking. Cancellations made under 24 hours in advance will be subjected to late cancellation fees. You may change your party to a different date at no charge.
